Details:
- Signs placed through out project area
- Notifies all users in the area, not just residents
- Notifies public of upcoming and ongoing work being done in the area.
- Easily connects users to additional info via QR code
- Enduring notification, not a one time notice (like a flyer or door knock)
- Relatively cheap signage materials, easy to scale
Seems to only be to notify the public of construction impacts and plans. Unclear if signs were in place during or used for the earlier public engagement/comment period.
